735KWP ROOFTOP SOLAR PROJECT AT KIM BINH TAN TAO.
Established in 2008, Kim Binh Industrial Joint Stock Company (KBI) is one of the pioneering companies in the high-quality generator manufacturing industry in Vietnam, catering to both domestic and export demands. Throughout its development journey, KBI has consistently accompanied its customers in product enhancement and improvement, adapting to various usage conditions, and providing tailored technical services based on the specific operational requirements of each customer.
The entire rooftop solar energy system of Kim Binh Industrial Joint Stock Company has a total capacity of 0.735 MWp. The materials supply and installation were provided by Saigon Gia Dinh Electric Joint Stock Company. The system is installed on the roofs of two workshop buildings located at Lot C16, Trung Tam Street, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project utilizes 1,620 solar panels of Mono-crystalline (Haft cut cell) – 144 cells, each with a capacity of 445Wp, from the Trina Solar brand. Additionally, it employs 6 sets of 100kWp inverters, model SUN2000-100KTL-M1, from the world’s leading inverter brand, Huawei. The products and materials selected by EHCMC for installation in the projects we undertake are sourced from top manufacturers worldwide. They come in various designs and capacities, ensuring safety and technical compatibility for installation.
After the completion of the project and the successful connection of the electricity, it is estimated that the system will generate approximately 1,323 kWp per year. This allows the company to proactively secure its own energy source for production and daily activities, reducing reliance on the state’s electricity supply. In addition, the solar power system can significantly decrease electricity costs and contribute to environmental preservation and protection.
This is another success for the team at Saigon Gia Dinh Electric Joint Stock Company in the development of solar projects in Ho Chi Minh City, the southern region, and the country as a whole. Through this successful collaboration, EHCMC hopes to have the opportunity to work with Kim Binh on future solar projects.
Saigon Gia Dinh Electric Joint Stock Company is specialized in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracting, supplying materials, and constructing projects with voltage levels up to 500kV.
