Thanks to its extremely convenient location, Tien Giang has become one of the Cultural and Political Centers of the whole Mekong Delta, an important transshipment area linking the Southwest region with the Southeast and the provinces in the Central region. Implementing the Government’s policy on encouraging the development of clean energy sources, the model of agricultural development in combination with solar power, which is called: “Binh Tay General Business Agricultural Cooperative”, has been approved by the provincial leader and Saigon Gia Dinh Electric JSC – the installation unit .
The project with a total capacity of 100,32 KWp is located in Binh Tay hamlet, Binh Nhut commune, Go Cong Tay district, Tien Giang province.
The deployment of rooftop solar power construction at Binh Tay General Business Agricultural Cooperative will create a source of electricity to supply for power companies in operating and manufacturing activities. At the same time, this is not only the basis for local electric companies to promote rooftop solar power to the residents, and to contribute to the supply of clean electricity, but also the model to promote the development of rooftop solar power for manufacturers and factories.
