On September 6, 2019, in Vientiane (Laos), Saigon Gia Dinh Electric JSC and Suliyapon International Trading Co., Ltd. signed the EPC contract on the construction and installation of 400MWp solar power plant at the agricultural complex No. 01, Nong Mark Chap Commune, Thaphabaht District, Borlikhamxay Province, Land Area of the Ministry of Defense (Laos).
