Phase 1 and phase 2 are expected to be completed in the first quarters of\n2019 and 2020 respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Project&#8217;s product is electricity generated from&nbsp;wind and <a href=\"http:\/\/facebook.com\/ehcmc.com.vn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (m\u1edf trong tab m\u1edbi)\">solar&nbsp;energy<\/a>.&nbsp;This area is particularly investment-encouraged by the government of Vietnam.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Up to now, among many domestic and foreign investors, who have\ncome to the province for investment and interest in the fields of solar and\nwind power, there were 18 investors registering for projects.
