At 12:00 pm on October 31, all of the 110 kV substations operated by EVNCPC were resupplied with electricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In many provinces like Khanh Hoa and Da Nang, EVNCPC&#8217;s PCs have provided electricity to 100% of the customers.&nbsp;Quang Nam and Quang Ngai PCs have also basically completed resupplying electricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the areas still existing the problems\nof grid caused by the storm, we are working to overcome them regardless of day\nand night.&nbsp;By November 1, EVNCPC will complete the restoration of the\nelectrical grid and resupplying electricity to the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you, sir!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>According to EVN<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the impact of storm No. 5, in An Nhon (Binh Dinh), there were strong winds of level 9, gusting at level 11, and storm reaching level 3.
